Tera Europe
Server: PvP- En - Samael

Crit Happens was originally thought and planned by Ceneraii, one of the leaders. He wrote up some of the stuff planned for this guild after TERA's release.

..:: The 4 man Council ::..

One of the details is that the guild has a 4 man Council, each member of the council has equal authority. This means the guild doesn't really have only one leader, like it traditionally would. One member of the council holds the title of "Guildmaster" - merely the title. The other leaders have their own titles, different from the members, and they're as much as leaders as the Guildmaster.

Leaders:
- Lyliah, "Guildmaster"
- Ceneraii, "God of Swords"
- Yedin, "The Heal Bot"
- DDkadD, "God of Arrows"

..:: Main goals ::..

That said, I'll skip to explain our goals in Tera. We have chosen a PvP server for a reason: We will be focusing a lot on Open World PvP. (This doesn't mean we'll be completely tossing PvE aside.)
During the first weeks we will be giving our members some time to level up and ready everything up to start participating in larger scale PvP, such as GvGs and organised PvP in general.
For anyone who feels adventurous and wants to start PvPing during the early levels, you can easily do so. Whether you do it alone or ask for people to go with you, it's your choice. (:
PvE is also going to have it's place in our goals, but a less-important-more-chill-out place. Instance runs can be planned anytime, both ingame and on the forums.
We're also interested on the political system, and will be applying for the Vanarch elections.

..:: Members ::..

Everyone should work towards these goals, helping each other whenever they can. Successful guilds need, above all, good members. We're looking for players that are willing to help each other, be social and respectful.

Being respectful- There will be no tolerance towards unrespectful actions towards ANY player in the guild. We're all playing a game, we aim to have fun and anyone that decides to mess that up will have to either resolve their problems or leave.
Being social- We're not expecting everyone in our guild to be talkative and go along with everyone, etc. On the other hand, a little bit of talking doesn't hurt anyone and will reflect positively on the way others see that player. Basically, players who don't talk at all, or that never join guild mates in instances and such will have a harder time feeling like a part of the guild.
Being helpful- Helping other guild mates is definetely a plus. Helping out is a good thing for everyone and will improve the guild's atmosphere a lot. We're in no way asking for people to *always* help, and *always* spend their time helping out everyone that requests help. Sometimes just a small tip is enough to put people in the right direction.

Also, this is an English speaking guild: avoid speaking other languages when there are people who don't understand it around.
